Each email log contains the full story of each send. While the metadata and delivery timeline event logs are stored for up to 1 year, the full message HTML is stored for a shorter time based on your subscription plan.

Full message log retention limits:

• Starter plan: 7 days
• Growth plan: 14 days
• Pro plan: 1 month
• Custom: Custom

Once you reach your full message log retention limit, the email preview will be replaced with a message like this one:
