We heavily curate who can send on Waypoint to prevent spammers. Therefore, workspaces on Waypoint must maintain a spam complaint rate below 0.1% and a bounce rate below 10%.

Workspaces that exceed these thresholds will be placed under review and sending additional emails may be paused until underlying issue causing the elevated bounce/complaint rate has been resolved.
