Spam & bounce thresholds

We heavily curate who can send on Waypoint to prevent spammers. Therefore, workspaces on Waypoint must maintain:

• Spam complaint rate below 0.1%
• Bounce rate below 10%

Workspaces that exceed these thresholds will be placed under review and sending additional emails may be paused until underlying issue causing the elevated bounce/complaint rate has been resolved.
